 MOWING

• Mow lawn in and around all buildings.  Cut grass, use of weed whacker where mower cannot reach, edge where concrete meets grass and grass meets beds.  Blow debris from sidewalks and parking areas.
• Excessive grass clippings will be removed when necessary.
• Sharpen mower blades before each cut.

EDGING

• All walk ways, curbs and asphalt edging will be kept in a neat manner, grass will not cover aforementioned areas.

WEEDING

• Barricades, perimeter fence line, all storage buildings and asphalt will be free from overgrown grass and weeds.

CLEANUP

• All debris will be blown and/or removed from premises after each visit.

TRIMMING

• All hedges to be trimmed in a neat and uniform manner giving a natural appearance.  Fence line will be kept free from foliage growing through fence.

PRUNING

• Ornamental Shrubs/hedges
• Perimeter Ficus Hedge
• Native Shrubs/hedges – as needed to promote healthy growth
• Flowering shrubs/hedges – as needed to promote healthy growth.
• Weeds – manual cultivation
• Debris will be removed from premises after each visit.

FERTILIZATION

• Turf can be fertilized.
• Shrubs can be fertilized.
• A specialty blend of fertilizer can be applied one time per year to Ixoras, gardenias, azaleas, palms (other than sabals) and citrus.
• Medium and large broadleaf trees can be fertilized.
• Weed and Feed can be applied to all grass.
• All fertilizers will be granular and of commercial grade.

IRRIGATION

• Martin Services Total Lawn, Inc. can perform a wet check on irrigation system:
• Customer will be advised of repairs and/or adjustments to heads necessary to keep system working properly and/or maintain spray patterns to ensure full coverage of turf.

 INSECT CONTROL

• Apply insect control to control fire ants.  If fire ants are detected between applications, spot treatments will be provided.

 TREE TRIMMING & REMOVAL

• Trimming of large trees, removing excess branches and debris from property
• Removal of entire tree.
• Stump grinding available, if removing trees

 MULCHING

• Mulch all beds and around trees

LANDSCAPE DESIGN & INSTALLATION

• Custom landscape design for any size project
• Installation of all plants, trees, and sod for any size project
